I deposited on 786JL but it's not in my balance — what to check from your phone
Money has left your wallet, yet the lobby balance hasn't moved — it's hard to stay calm in that moment. On a budget phone with a small data pack it feels worse, because pages don't refresh properly and tabs get lost when you switch apps. This page orders the checks so you can gather proof on very little data, even when the network is almost gone. There is no promise here about how long a deposit takes to show — only the lobby can tell you that.
How do you confirm the money really left, without using data?
Start with your wallet, not the lobby. When a bKash, Nagad or Rocket transaction succeeds, the wallet usually sends a confirmation SMS. Reading SMS needs no internet, so you can do this step even when your pack is empty.
- Open the latest SMS from your wallet in the messages app.
- Check the amount, the recipient details and the transaction ID (TrxID).
- On a dual-SIM phone, make sure you're looking at the inbox of the SIM your wallet is on.
- If there's no SMS, check the statement in the wallet app's transaction list or the wallet's USSD menu.
If the money didn't leave or the transaction failed, it's normal for the lobby balance not to change. In that case wait until the network is stable before sending again.
What does the lobby cashier history say?
Once you're sure money left, go to the lobby. On a stable connection, log in and open the history under Cashier or Deposit. Many lobbies show a status next to each deposit — such as pending, successful or failed. Note down exactly what it says.
- No entry at all: the tab may have closed before the cashier page finished. That's worth reporting in chat.
- Shows pending: don't burn data refreshing repeatedly; check once after a while.
- Shows failed, but money left: take a screenshot straight away — this is the most important proof.
Opening just the history page is lighter than refreshing the whole lobby to see your balance. Reloading the image-heavy home page again and again drains a small pack fast.
Which mistakes can hold up the money?
Before going to support, check whether any of these common mistakes apply. It speeds the conversation up.
- Sent to the wrong number: check whether the money went to an old screenshot or a number someone sent you, instead of the details the lobby cashier showed. Money sent to someone's personal number as an "agent" is not a lobby deposit — more in the agent guide.
- Wrong amount: if the amount sent differs from the amount entered in the cashier, matching can be a problem.
- Logged into another account: if you have two accounts on two numbers, check you're in the one you started the deposit from.
- Sent twice: tapping again while the wheel spins can create two transactions. Keep both TrxIDs separately.
What should you write in the lobby chat so it's clear the first time?
Long conversations are painful on a weak network, so put everything in one message. Open the live chat inside the lobby and write, in this order:
- Your account username or registered number.
- Payment method: bKash, Nagad or Rocket.
- Amount and date-time, as shown in the wallet SMS.
- Transaction ID — copy it from the SMS instead of typing it, to avoid mistakes.
- The status you see in the cashier history.
One screenshot of each is enough: the wallet's successful transaction and the lobby history. Crop them in the gallery before sending so only the needed part remains — the file gets smaller and goes through even on slow data. Keep the chat page open until you get a reply; on a low-RAM phone opening other apps can close it. How to recognise real support is in the customer service guide.
What should you not do while waiting?
After reporting the case in chat, waiting is the hardest part. Acting on impulse now only tangles things and wastes data from a small pack. Instead of opening the same question in a new chat again and again, look for the reply in the existing conversation.
- Don't send money again to "fix" the same deposit.
- Don't post your TrxID or screenshots in Facebook groups or to unknown Telegram IDs.
- If anyone asks for your PIN, OTP or password to "speed up the deposit", it's a scam. Real support never asks for these.
- Don't make another, larger deposit out of frustration. Remember your limits — responsible play.
A little preparation before your next deposit
A bit of preparation cuts down this kind of trouble a lot. Before depositing, check there's enough data in your pack, close other apps and keep only one lobby tab. Right after paying, screenshot the wallet's success page. For how to deposit with each wallet, see the bKash and Nagad guides. If you deposit with a bonus, the terms apply as shown in the lobby; if there's a 100% first deposit match, read its terms in the lobby too.
Common questions about deposits not arriving
Where do I find the transaction ID?
Every transaction's ID is in the wallet's confirmation SMS and in the wallet app's transaction list. If you deleted the SMS, take it from the app statement. When giving it in chat, copy and paste the whole thing.
It's not in my balance, but no money left my wallet either — what now?
Then the transaction probably didn't complete. Check both the wallet and lobby history to be sure, then start again from the cashier on a stable network. If in doubt, ask in the lobby chat first.
The lobby page closed halfway, and now there's nothing in the history.
On low-RAM phones the lobby tab closing when the wallet app opens is common. Report in chat with the wallet SMS and TrxID, and say the page closed midway. Don't send money again.
Someone messaged saying they'll get my money back — should I trust them?
No. Be careful when a stranger contacts you offering help. Talk only in the chat inside the lobby. If someone sends a link asking you to log in, don't type anything on that page.
What if the network drops before chat replies?
When the network returns, log in to the lobby again and open chat; often the earlier conversation is still there. If not, write a short message again with the same TrxID. Don't send money again.
