786JL agents and scams — recognise the messages on your phone
Most scams arrive on your phone. On WhatsApp, Messenger, SMS or Telegram someone writes: "I am a 786JL agent, send money to my number and I will add balance." That is fraud. This information site gives no personal agent accounts. Deposits and play happen only in the official lobby. This site is not a game server.
Types of scam messages on your phone
- "Send to my personal bKash/Nagad number and get double balance."
- "Your account will be closed, send the OTP now."
- "Selling secret promo codes."
- "Your withdrawal is stuck, pay a fee to release it."
- "Install this APK, VIP features free."
They all share one thing — asking for money or codes outside the lobby. The real cashier is inside the lobby, never a person's private wallet.
Why cheap phones make the trap easier
A small screen does not show a link's full address. Fake pages can look like the real one. On slow data pages half-load, which makes mistakes easy. Many phones also run old browsers that do not show warnings well.
- Long-press a link to see the full address before tapping.
- Enter the lobby from your own bookmark or the app, not from a link someone sent.
- Do not install unknown APKs. If one asks to read SMS, stop there.
What to do

- If you cannot get into your account, see the login or registration steps.

If you already sent money or an OTP
Log in to the lobby and change your password without delay. Change your wallet PIN. Report it to your wallet operator's official helpline. Describe what happened in the lobby chat. Stop talking to the scammer, and if they ask for more money "to refund you", do not pay.
