786JL customer service — getting help from your phone

Official support is inside the lobby, in live chat or the help centre. This guide site does not provide support and has no helpline number. This site has no Telegram channel either — the 786JL link is disabled. Be careful with outside numbers and unknown "agents".

Steps to get help

1. Open the official lobby and log in.
2. Open the live chat or support icon.
3. Describe the problem in a line or two. Include a deposit reference or screenshot.
4. Never type your password, OTP or wallet PIN in chat.

Trouble opening chat on your phone

• No chat button? Let the page load fully, or scroll down. On small screens the button may hide in a corner.
• Chat opens blank? If pop-ups are blocked, the chat window can get stuck. Try the app, or another browser.
• On a low-RAM phone, switching apps can close the chat. Take your screenshot first, then open chat.

Do not lose messages on slow data

On a weak network long messages get stuck. Send short ones. In the first message give only the problem type and the reference. If an image is slow to send, type the transaction ID first. If chat disconnects, reopen it and give the same reference; no need to retype the whole story.

What to write in chat — short examples

• Deposit: "bKash deposit, not in balance. Transaction ID: …. Time: …."
• Withdrawal: "Withdrawal pending. Cashier reference: …."
• Login: "Cannot log in. Using the app, Android phone."

Adding your phone model and whether you use the browser or the app helps support understand faster. None of these examples includes a password or OTP, and yours should not either.

How to recognise real support

Real support is inside the lobby. It never asks for a password, OTP or PIN. It never asks you to pay a personal "agent" wallet. If someone messages you first on WhatsApp, Messenger or Telegram claiming to be "support", do not reply. To spot fake pages: fake sites guide.
